Not only will you finally get to squeeze your adventuring party—those kindred spirits who thrive on late-night crafting, character deep dives, and debating which morally gray menace you'd let ruin your life—but you’ll also step into a world designed to bring your favorite stories (and your autumnal fantasy content) to life.

What to expect
THE CHATEAU:
Our little chateau, tucked into the mountainside of Salt Lake City, is brimming with bookish charm - 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, hot tub, library, game rooms, guest house, lush green property, and plenty of hang-out space for all our shenanigans.
ROOMS:
Rooms range from totally private to shared with up to four you and your besties if you're choosing the Pixie Parlor. Coordinate early to solidify your preferred sleeping arrangements.
Wanna share one of those king beds with an IC bestie to make it more affordable? DO IT. You are more than welcome to share your room/bed with whoever you'd like (within the IC). No air mattresses allowed in the main house.
If you decide to share one of those king/queen bed options - have one of you book it, manage cost split between yourselves, and then reach out to us at bardicbookclub@gmail.com to let us know who you're sharing your room with. We'll manually send them their welcome email and get them on our confirmation list.
FOOD:
Breakfast, dinner and general beverage options (coffee, soda, water) will be offered in the house and included in your ticket price. We'll also keep plenty of snacks around. Any food out and about will be covered by you. You are also more than welcome to purchase personal groceries and keep them in the house (as space accommodates).
TRAVEL:
Once you are on site, we will offer shuttle service to any of our off site photo shoots/activities. You are responsible for getting yourself to and from the chateau upon arrival/departure.
CREATE MAGIC, IRL
because, if it's not on camera, did it even happen?
Throughout your stay you'll have the opportunity to do photo shoots with our cosplay photographer extraordinaire SAMMY (YES THAT SAMMY).
In addition to that you'll have Maddie, Mel, Mandee, and Aubrey running around to snap extra shots and support you through any content creation dreams ya got.
We know not EVERY IC member is a cosplayer or a content creator, but we are here to help support you with as much or as little of this feature as you want.
Need help/inspo putting a fit together? We got you. Feel awkward in front of a camera? We got you. Don't know how to use that one trending sound? WE GOT YOU.
Because if you’re not frolicking through an autumn forest in a velvet cloak or posing with a leather-bound grimoire... are you even living your best bookish life?
